Welcome to my shop! By using this website (sleepyPansy.com or any related pages), you agree to the following terms. I try to keep things as clear and human as possible — no scary legal jargon.

1. About This Shop

This website is owned and operated by me, Sorin — a one-person independent artist.

All items are handmade and one of a kind. Nothing is mass-produced.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • Your contact and shipping information is correct

  • You are authorized to use the payment method you choose

  • Purchases are for personal use and not for unauthorized resale

Once I receive your order, I’ll send a confirmation email. If there is ever an issue (ex: something oversells), I will contact you as quickly as possible.

3. Payments

I accept major credit/debit cards through Squarespace Payments (Stripe) and also PayPal.

I do not personally receive or store your full card information — it is handled securely by those payment processors.

4. Shipping & Processing Time

Because I’m a one-person studio, processing times may vary. Current processing times are listed at checkout or on the shop page.

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number (for all domestic orders).

I am not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or damaged by USPS or other carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If something goes wrong, please contact me — I will do my best to help.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of my work:

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

If you need to cancel an order, contact me within 24 hours of purchase and I’ll try to catch it before it ships.

6. Handmade Disclaimer

Every piece I sell is crafted by hand and may include:

  • Natural imperfections in insects, wings, or materials

  • Slight variation in size, color, or texture

These qualities are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, product descriptions, and text on this site belong to me.

Do not reproduce, sell, or use my images or products for commercial purposes without permission.

(Sharing on social media is always appreciated with credit!)

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy or steal my listings, designs, or branding

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Use this site for fraudulent activity

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. If I do, I will update the date at the top of this page.
