Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every piece in my shop is one-of-a-kind and handmade (and many include real insects), I do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, I do want you to feel happy and cared for, so here is how I handle issues:
🪲 All Sales Are Final
Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
I do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
“Not what I expected”
Accidentally ordering the wrong item
Minor natural imperfections
Every insect and handmade element has its own quirks — that’s part of the beauty.
📦 If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If something arrives broken or crushed during shipping:
Email me within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and the packaging
I will work with you to offer:
A repair (if possible)
A partial refund
Or a replacement piece if I have something comparable
I may ask you to send the item back before issuing a refund or replacement.
🌿 About Imperfections
My work often includes:
Fragile insect wings
Natural inconsistencies between specimens
Hand-applied materials like resin, glass, dried flowers, and paint
Slight imperfections, uneven antennae, or tiny chips are not considered damage — they are part of the handmade nature of my art.
I believe art doesn’t need to be factory-perfect to be worth loving.
⚠️ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, I am unable to replace or refund lost or stolen orders.
If a package is marked in transit but not moving, contact me, I will help you open a USPS inquiry.
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped.
After that, they are final.
